Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@techinri.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Follow the return process above and specify that you want an exchange.
  • We will send the replacement item once we receive and approve your return.
  • If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the payment accordingly.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@techinri.com with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
