1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
- Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@techinri.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send you return instructions and the return address.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:
- Follow the return process above and specify that you want an exchange.
- We will send the replacement item once we receive and approve your return.
- If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the payment accordingly.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at contact@techinri.com with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
