Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the location and the shipping provider:
• USA: 3 to 7 business days
• Haiti: 7 to 15 business days
• International: 7 to 20 business days
(These estimates may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors.)
3. Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear.
4. Multiple Warehouse Shipments
• Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
• Each package will have its own tracking number.
5. Shipping Delays & Responsibility
TechINRI is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs clearance and administrative processes.
• High-demand periods (e.g., holidays, Black Friday).
• Carrier-related disruptions (weather, strikes, etc.).
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
• If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with the carrier or your local post office.
• If your order has not arrived within 15 days in the U.S. or 30 days internationally, contact us at sales@techinri.com for a solution (refund or reshipment).
7. Customs Fees & Taxes
• Some countries may charge import duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing an order.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
• We have a very short window to modify or cancel an order.
• If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
