1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
• Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
• Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at contact@techinri.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Customers must provide a valid tracking number for the return shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
4. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (size, color, etc.), please contact us before sending the product back.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Sale or promotional items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or damage caused by the customer
